I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Grace College in Indiana. Ever since I was in high school, God has placed it on my heart to teach.

I accepted Christ as my savior when I was just four years old, putting my trust in Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross. As I grew up, my parents guided me to grow in my walk with Christ. Today I look back on my upbringing with gratefulness.

I am blessed to teach in a Christian school where I can talk freely about God’s word, guiding children through the lens of scripture.

I attend Living Hope Bible Church in Oostburg. In my free time, I love to work in my garden and create handmade quilts.
