Leah Ott
teacher
I earned my degree in elementary education from Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN.
I am happy to work alongside the other teachers at OCS, knowing that we have an impact on the hearts and minds of our students.
My parents brought me to church as a young child. They taught me about the Gospel. When I was a teenager, I decided I wanted to be baptized as an outward declaration of my faith in Christ!
I wanted to deepen my relationship with Jesus and grow in the Word, so I chose to attend a Christian university.
Now I seek God’s guidance every day. I am thankful to serve with other Christian educators who continually encourage me to draw nearer to Jesus. I integrate faith and learning in the classroom.
I attend Portview Church in Port Washington.
In my spare time, I crochet, scrapbook and craft with my children. I also have a passion for summertime camping and wintertime ice hockey!
